We cultivate our relationship with our child within when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honour our connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness and affection. Our relationship with our hidden child is not something we give or get; it is something that we nurture and grow, a connection that can only be cultivated between our two selves when it exists within each one of us – we can only practice compassion to others as much as we practice Loving-Kindness to ourselves. Shame, blame, disrespect, betrayal, and the withholding of affection damage the roots from which our reconnection grows. Our Child Within can only survive these injuries if they are acknowledged,and healed in Stages.

The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
