<span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace; font-size: large;">We have become afraid of change because it's SO much easier to blame someone else than to take responsibility for our own circumstance risking facing the fears of a childhood of unknown circumstance.<br /><br />By being able to face the unknown is what our child within is calling us to do at a deep level. Recovery is what we were born to possess, but we will never have it if we don't respect ourself enough to take responsibility for the circumstances of our life and understand that we are continuing to choose ourself first our dissociations in them. Even if we are in a situation that was totally outside of our control at first, our choice to stay in that circumstance, in that mindset and in that pattern it is up to us. Misery is an option we do not have to take.<br /><br />The choice to change is ours in every moment.<br /><br />Many times we are so busy blaming others that we don't see that we hold ourselves hostage within this blame. We have been given the incredible power of choice, to choose our life, to co-create it with our child within that has our back.<br /><br />We have forgotten in those dark moments that everything happens FOR us instead of TO us. We have forgotten that the only things holding us back in life is not our circumstances, but our beliefs about our circumstances. And when we change the beliefs and take constant and persistent action towards them - we change our lives for GOOD!<br /><br />If we are stuck in blaming other people - make a list of all the things we blame them for. And then turn it around and see that it is us who is keeping ourself hostage with this ancestral blame.<br /><br />The idea is not to blame ourself now, no. The idea is to take our power back by taking responsibility for the circumstance and then asking what we actually want. Then recreating a new belief system and pattern of action that brings about what we really want.<br /><br />So, how can we take our power back today? Who have we been blaming ?</span><br />

Suffer the pain, suffer the rejection, suffer the hatred of the world, suffer the abandonment of our parents and friends.  It is all worth sacrificing so that we may become fully joined to our child within, and so that our life will not be worthless. This we have learnt from childhood we do this all the time. We do it with words both internal and external. We take on a parental voice and we do it with looks.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace; font-size: large;">There are two ways we treat our child within. One is the punishing/blaming: "You are very bad, go stand in the corner or I'll spank you." The other is permissive: "That's perfectly all right darling, if you want to walk on mothers face she doesn't mind." We don't know any other way. The more correct way is what we call information. If we thoroughly understand that our child within are innately social, then we understand that what they want is truthful information. We don't have to be angry to tell them what's needed. We just let them know. The idea is not to blame, and not to praise, because both are insulting. Expect child within to do the right thing. We then are being a clear model and there's no conflict. It's the way nature designed us to behave and slowly we re-connect.</span><br />
