When we are upset, frustrated, or enraged and we lose control and act out on others, it is a clear sign that we are expressing, usually through code, some facet of our history of dissociation. It is so easy to blame some person in the present for causing our greatest pain and upset, but when we deeply study our motives we discover that the root cause of our rage came decades earlier in our childhoods, and that this present target for our hysteria is just a replicated stand-in, often picked by us for that very purpose.
