Our great child within expert is within us, just as surely as it resides in every surviving species that, by definition, must know how to care for its own child. The greatest expert of all is, of course, our child within — programmed by millions of years of evolution to signal his or her own kind by sound and action when care is incorrect. Evolution is a refining process that has honed our innate behaviors with magnificent precision. The signal from the child within, the understanding of these signals by our adult self, the impulse to obey it — all are part of our species' character. If we fail to acknowledge the signals we become trapped by our unfulfilled childish emotions into a state of continuos ongoing dissociation.




The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
