We need to let go of focusing on the other person and start focusing inside to understand what is happening to our child within. Our adult patterns, the people we have been in relationship with, are symptoms - effects of our childhood trauma. We cannot solve a problem without looking at the cause. Focusing on symptoms  addictions/dysfunctional behaviour will not heal the cause.<br /> <br /> The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
