Re-programming<span style="background-color: white;"> is so important to notice and praise our functioning behaviours .We have to refrain from the parental voice which seeks to scold or discipline our child within. We have to learn the power of Praise repeatedly teaching our child within what behaviours we want and appreciate.  Notice and praise good behaviour in our child within many, many times a day, at least five or ten times saying our letting go affirmations.  This only takes a few seconds each time but it will do wonders.  Praise or thank our child for the simplest things, such as re-learning how to play, kindness toward others, using our new emotional palate carefully, waiting patiently, taking turns, or sharing moments with another.  As we grow older and develop our positive self-image, we won't need praise so often, but you should never stop praising.  We all need regular thanks and praise for our talents, virtues, routine chores, and helpful acts.  Occasionally give praise in front of other people when the child within can hear us.</span><br />

The Ten Stages are a studied recovery course.They are a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
