It was made to keep the engine of our cultural machines running. It requires your numbness. Refuse, and understand why we have to study the stages.</span><span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace; font-size: large;"> <i>We admit that the traumas buried in our unconscious rule our lives, makes us powerless to embody the truth, and drives us to act out in ways destructive to ourselves, to others, and to the environment.</i></span><span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace; font-size: large;">coming to believe that the truth at our core is more powerful than the lies imposed upon us, and that this truth can lead us to our recovery awakening.</span><span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace; font-size: large;">making a decision to align with truth, despite the pressure to submit to the distortions of family, society, and the historical voices we carry within us.</span><br /> <div> <span style="font-family: "courier new" , "courier" , monospace; font-size: large;"><br /> came to a conclusion that we make a searching and fearless assessment of our dissociations, traumatic history: personal, familial and ancestral.<br /><br /> In the light of this we admit to ourselves and to a recovered person the full details of our traumas and the dissociations that followed.<br /><br /> Now we become entirely ready to grieve this past and to let go of our false constructed self.align with our true self and do the deep and transforming work of grieving.studying the ways we have hurt ourselves, others and the environment through replication of our habitual dissociations and maladaptive coping strategies, and we become willing to deeply understand them all,..changing our inappropriate behaviour to ourselves and others.We with the help of our fellows continue to monitor our attitudes and behaviour, and when we make a mistake or escape into dissociation we promptly admit it, trace its traumatic origin, and take steps to not repeat it.seeking always through self-reflection an ever deepening connection to truth, desiring only to be guided to our life’s calling our child hidden within.<br /><br /> At Last having finally awakened to our child with-ins calling, we dedicate our lives to its full manifestation and to nurturing the healing paths of others.</span></div> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course.
