We will take an emotional inventory of the traumas foisted on us when We were a child, and will tell us that we are a lot more miserable and disturbed than we have deluded ourself into believing – and also might force us to discover that our parents really did mess me up worse than we thought, and that the upwelling pain coming from that potential discovery might want to drive me back into my old patterns of dissociation. So we will renounce all constructed “moral” inventories, and studies of our morals, our own “badness” and hurtful behaviours – which why we have already come to believe firmly that we have no true self but a societal constructed self which would really root us in the deepest morals and inner group cognisance of all.<br /><br /></span><br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
