In my heart you are always there
You lead me thru the darkness
Of painful memories
And walk me out into the light again
Where I can see you smiling at me
All it takes is just a word
A gentle touch from your perfect child within

You take away my pain
You make me feel whole again
When I don't know where to turn

You are my shining star

Today we used this wonderful poem in our Tuesday Meeting at the Ten Stages and a feeling of deep peace has been with me ever since, the contact and communication that I acknowledged with others that has taken me by the hand and been with me during numerous heart attacks, other complications of medical emergencies I have had to experience with my only companion the child within has lead us to a point of total belief and deep meaningful peace.

The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course.
