The Ten Stages with its unique child within revelations offer a journey inward which is both simple, gentle and effective in dealing with the chaotic outside world of trauma, addiction and conspiracy theories.

The Ten Stages believes that the root of our traumas and resulting addictions lie dissociation, societies method of dealing with freedom of the child within.
The best way for us to heal our unresolved childhood traumas is to study the ten stages and to do this as fast as is possible. The best way to optimise the ten stages are to focus our energies inward by avoiding engaging in projection, thus, to not have dissociations (the easiest projection objects), to meditate with light guidance, to be not confuse ourselves with outside explanations, conspiracy theories, new addiction theories built on the myth of addiction, to limit or curtail contact with our old addiction buddies, and to live healthy lifestyles.

The seeming conundrum here is that those of us who are most likely to heal are the least likely to have strong connections to the outside world, political or social and religious. The short-term answer to this is that we who become healthy identify in our grief, suffering and pain by proxy to the whole species. Our long-term answer is that once the species as a whole plays catch-up and awakens into maturity, then many of the healthiest among us would be satisfied with the simple knowledge that this brings.

We who are in denial are in a major rush to change things has his or her head buried in the sand, and lacks an ability to fathom the destruction we will have wreaked on our planet and on our children’s children in a few short generations’ time. Conclusion here: the time to change is now.

If you deny this you are part of the problem.
Despite the rush we are in, healing ourselves is a process that takes time. It does not happen overnight. But it need not take many decades or generations, especially if we have allies on the healing path.
Attempting this plan requires major sacrifice — personal, emotional, social, familial, economic, and relational. So be prepared for a rough road. The irony is that we presently have the option of sacrificing; in the future, if we don’t do our homework, these sacrifices will be thrust upon us in far less pleasant ways.

We support and acknowledge experimentation and the practice of solution based loving-kindfulness. If any of our ideas sound too extreme or farfetched, we suggest consciously testing them for yourself. We have arrived at our point of view through testing — often doing exactly the opposite of what we suggest above. That is how we gained perspective. And we continue to test.
We have renewed hope, because we have seen how radically we can change. We have also developed a love of all humanity.

The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice. We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives. www.thetenstages.com
