Our attempts at Recovery have become complicated because we pass them through our habitual disturbed thought patterns. When we step back from ourselves and our changed habitual thinking, recovery becomes much easier. There are not many paths to complete recovery freedom, there is in fact only one. In the end, no matter what particular patterns of thought we have managed to build in our minds, freedom always means transcending these personal thought patterns we have developed.
The method used by the ten stages is in a period of quite time, a gentle letting go and meditation, coupled with the development of a complete loving kindness a new learned thought process.
This is the start of an on-going journey of un-development a method of un-learning our ancient thinking processes that has been used to feed addiction either to our emotions, substances or dissociated coping strategies. But how does one go about transcending the personal addicted self and awaken to recovery freedom? What is needed for this path to recovery are succinct stages that are so universal that they can echo through the halls of any religion as well as support intellectual understanding.
The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice. We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives. #childwithin#10stages
