Everyone has a child within, either locked up or free. We can't take responsibility for other people's (child withins)action, but we are 100% responsible for our reaction to other people. Also, we cannot blame other people for us not keeping our side of the street clean.



Knowing that we have power on both sides of a problem is a game changer because we see that we can begin to take responsibility for our lives, instead of just being at the whim or other people, places or situations.



How people treat us defines them, how we respond defines us. What happened is what happened. What we choose to do from here will determine our future.





The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
