It's time to allow ourselves to move back into the scary unknown of our childhood. If we let ourselves go back into the unknown, work on ourselves and become the recovery we are seeking, it is recovery promise that will FIND US. Yes, that's right. But we have to go through the dark night of our fears, dive deep into our insecurities, feel the pain of them and then bring the intuitive Light of our awareness to them. We humbly communicate with our child within to remove our low self-esteem barriers day by day and ask to be shown what true recovery is. Our goal is to respect ourselves as we truly are, which is a lot. This kind of respect for ourselves shines a light on our dark memories constantly purifying our darkness into light.
The Ten Stages is a studied recovery course. It is a source of reconnection a method of unlearning and a reintroduction to our child within which leads us back to our one true intuitive voice.We start to learn and come out of our protective dysfunctional shell and reclaim our lives.
