Meditational practice can bring the abusive relationship to a halt. This OMG moment propels us to get to study the stages, to go below the surface and investigate the causes of our suffering. And so we learn the practices, tools and concentrations that support us on our journey toward understanding our suffering and resolving it. We break the cycle through retraining and meditational practice. Our journey to wellness requires us to practice meditations daily and take refuge in wise support from the stager guides.
