Not everyone will understand our path to recovery. That's fine, it's not their path to make sense of, it's ours. You are a survivor of abuse and that is wonderful. Some of the most comforting words in the Universe are "me too". That moment when you find out that our struggle is also someone else's struggle, that we're not alone, and that other have been down the same road. Together, we will study,care and affirm the knowledge for our recovery to take place.
